Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 1 nights rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

There are 4 FREE parking spots per unit, 8 in total.
Security or Damage:
A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 per unit is due immediately.
